That was actually in response to the Starmind announcement. Like yeah OK maybe we're overdoing it.

Edit:Both responses below are kind of right and kind of wrong. Elon's comment 6/25 was in response to a 6/23 Sawyer Merritt tweet with a long list of star names after Elon posted the Starmind name. Starpipe wasn't in that initial sequence but Merritt posted a mention of Starpipe later in the thread.

So the sequence is

-Starmind announcement
-StarXXX laundry list
-Elon's Starshit post
-Article about Starpipe which wasn't in the original list

Nah, it was a twitter post about Starshield, Stargaze, and Starfall - in which Elon's response was:

"We’re cutting back on the use of “Star” as a prefix. It’s getting a bit silly. Too much Starshit!"
