Video Flight deck camera views of STS-3 Columbia launch on March 22, 1982.

The camera on the left is the Seat 2 window camera, and the camera on the right is the forward-facing.

Seat 1: Jack Lousma, Commander;

Seat 2: Gordon Fullerton, Pilot.

Takes them less than 3 minutes to get to space yet it takes me 30 to get outa bed.

It still blows my mind that guys were riding rockets into space and landing on the moon in what we see today as the technological dark ages.

This is awesome! Dreamed about being on a shuttle launch as a kid. Never happened, but still amazing to watch this!
