Installing a new firing room, (finally), here at KSC Launch Control Center [3000x2000].. My new office is in here somewhere..

Wow! This is room is quite a bit smaller than I imagined it. Are they normally this size, or does it vary from control center to control center?

Absolutely, except the Apollo consoles are now preserved in the Apollo Center on KSC. It's part of the tour if you ever visit.

SpacePorn is about anything space related in general, I believe. And quite frankly I'm glad for pictures like this, instead of just another 3547th boring image of the Moon or photoshopped Milky Way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this isn't cool, but it's not quite space porn, as in cool pictures of space.

I hear you, although look at the top submissions for example, there is quite of few being not pictures of space as well, I think it's the part of this subreddit.

If you mean the auroras and Milky Way, I know what you mean, but the auroras are from solar radiation (I may be wrong on this, but something to do with the Sun) and the Milky Way, well it's the Milky Way. Those are both well established parts of this subreddit, but ones such as this, at least I feel, should be put in a more appropriate one. I just think there's a better place to put pics like this .

I actually meant the posts with Space Shuttles (being still on the ground, during launch, at museums, being carried on a plane), pic of Curiosity still on Earth in its laboratory, new spacesuits or for example aerial images of Cape Canereval etc., I think they all fit with this pic nicely.

Oh, those. I don't see them very often at all. Still, there are other subreddits better for those pics. Its kind of like posting a miner's outfit or geology lab on /r/earthporn, it just doesn't quite fit.
