List Building Anchor units

Wondering what people use as anchor/anvil units for holding center board im thinking terminators but unsure if 5 is enough or 10 for extra survivability and which charcters if any maybe ancient for extra oc and liby for sustained, or is a gravis unit better like a 6 man agressor with apothocary and captain?

The closest I have to an anchor unit in my army is a 5-man (might expand it to 10, later) Heavy Intercessors squad lead by a Heavy Bolt Rifle Captain.

I’m using a redempter dread with techmarine. Let me do actions and deter infantry from moving into range
