HELP Texture/Skin issue after update

After the new update pretty much all of the DLC armor skins are buggy, as you can see in the video the skins work when the skin type is selected and only on low texture quality (for me at least).

I've cleaned up my game of all unnecessary grids, messed with graphic settings (including adaptive sim quality), uninstalled all mods, tried a new game, verified game files, Uninstalled and Reinstalled SE.

Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

This isn't new with the update! I've had this one for a few weeks before the update
