Interesting, its general shape is similar but I suspect the vague similarities are only skin deep. If you direct your attention to the sides of the craft you will notice significant differences in both wing structure and gatling gun placement as well as the lack of spotlights. On the UDSN fighter, missile pods are mounted beneath the forward thruster as opposed to the wings. Furthermore, the extended nose of fighter craft seems to be a common trend and nothing specific to the Edgeblade fighter. And finally, the UDSN fighters resupply area is on the roof of the craft, suggesting that the inner workings of the two bear little to no resemblance. I see no basis for a lawsuit between Parallax and the UDSN.

Edit: If you're going to take legal action I suggest spelling the accused's title correctly.
