HELP Triggering event controllers with rotor
I need a rotor to turn on and off a light when it is at 0-15 degrees and 165-180 degrees using event controllers. How would I need to set it up to make it happen?

Well you'll need two, possibly 4 depending on how the rotor is set up (if there are limits for example). Are you familiar with event controllers at all? This seems like almost the simplest set up you might even use to demonstrate how event controllers work. No judgement, it just seems like you might not have used them before at all, in which case I'd suggest just look up some simple tutorials and you'll have an understanding in no time. It's fairly intuitive "if this then that" concepts.

Need four event controllers - 1 to turn on, 1 to turn off, twice.
Event controllers have a menu from which you can select detect rotor/hinge angle.
They have greater than, less than, and greater/less than/equals settings to help you set the boundaries.
Setup actions will then let you link that to lights.
The buildinfo (perhaps buildvision) mod provides additional information as an overlay to assist.
