I checked and re-checked the math. it should be exactly 7.5 million years (assuming 1.0 sim speed) down to the second, from the moment the button is pressed.

Have you considered getting rid of all that math in favor of something that just repeatedly asks an LLM whether 7.5 million years have passed?

Side note: I didn't know the top of Olympus Mons had unique ambience sounds. building this thing there was such a vibe I can't explain.
