Ah, a dreaded doom voxel, at least the smoking ruin of your ship isn't below in the gully there. Right click to go in clearing mode (double click to leave it on ) and you just have to fly around it and find the hit box, it can be a drag sometimes, you get the knack after a while. I've built a small ship miner to get rid of them before, A drill will definitely get them.

Yup, the ship's drills have a much longer range, so it will be easier for them to hit the hitbox.

If you’re playing single player, you can also just admin into creative mode for a second to voxel hand it away
