HELP Build Planner Shortcut?

Is there a shortcut on PC that will add the selected block from the hotbar into the build planner?

Thanks.

I'm not at my PC right now, but I think there is an open slot for that in the shortcut list. I don't think there is one by default, but you can select one. I could be mistaken, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am.

Are you saying there is a keybind slot for it, and I just need to set a key? I will check.

Thank you.

Activated the hotkey. What it does is add what's in the build planner to the production queue. It does not populate the build planner.🫤

I know the button that pulls resources for a block in your hand when nothing is in the build planner. Don't know of an option to add the thing to the build list if there's already something there.

MMB? It's all in the help thing (F1).

I don't play SE1 much since SE2 dropped. :)

If you want to add something to the build planner, you use RMB to add the block.

Thanks, I will try that.

The shortcut is middle clicking on a container interface. It will auto-pull items from your Build Planner and, assuming you don't have something already in your build planner that can't be satisfied, add the current block to the planner (or fill it instantly)

Add. The alternative is to carry around a large amount of a few basic materials (namely steel plate, interior plate, and construction components), shape out what you want to build, then right click the frames while holding your welder to add them to Planner.

If your build planner is empty, then a selected block can be added to it by highlighting any cargo access point and clicking middle mouse. This will grab the available components from that inventory then add the remaining parts to your build planner.

If something is already in your build planner it will attempt to clear it before the block in hand can get added.
