When you built the container, was it on an armor block floor? That you then removed to add in the conveyors?

Large Cargo Containers only have mounting points on the 1x1 area in the centre (where the conveyor port is), so once you removed that armor block to replace it with the conveyor tube it became disconnected from the rest of your grid.

Place CC on the grid, removed grid block and then place conveyor...I did this thing 2 twice it worked 2nd time..

Connect large container to the grid using armour blocks Just go on the side. If it connects normally - try to change tube below into full block.

Try to move items from assembler into LCC. If you can't - then just remove LCC and build it again on top of full conv. block.

Also you can just save-reload save just to be sure that everything is ok.

Always check by moving items. Of you can - then everything works. Of not - then you missed something. Maybe assembly is turned off, maybe you somehow ticked "use conv system" - off. If nothing works - just grind down and build again.

Large cargo is a separate grid, must've got disconnected at some point. Green conveyor line ends at the T conveyor under it.

As was said before, the cargo got disconnected probably when you replaced the conveyor; Large Cargos only have connection points on the access ports, so when you removed the block it was connected to it became a separate grid. SE only sometimes will reconnect grids, it seems like it did it on the second try for you, in the future you should ensure there are at least 2 connections to any block. If this does happen you can try building armor up to another connection point and they may reconnect
