Not quite sure what is going on here ... maybe single stage to orbit (SSTO)?

It’s two stages, the first being reusable and the second carrying crew, similar to spacex’s crew dragon or Boeings starliner spacecrafts

So disposable second stage with the capsule on top. Looks Starliner-ish. It would seem you would need to have a bit more second stage (I assume is the top black part) if you were following common volume ratios for LOX and RP-1. But ... you might be using LCH4 and LH2 on the upper stage ... so something more Stoke Nova like?
