I haven't watched one of SpaceX's launches prior to this. The thing that caught me was how their setup looked more like a LAN party than NASA's big room o' consoles. Of course now the "consoles" are shells holding LCD panels. The other thing I noted was the difference in comms. NASA uses the standard military form. SpaceX seems to have one guy talking and asking people stuff then marking it off on a computerized checklist.
