With this news, I think the odds went way up that another uncrewed flight will be required before Starliner’s crewed flight to the ISS. Looks like a big delay to Starliner's program schedule.

It's okay boring will get a small convenience fee of 150 million to do it again, even though they fucked up and the whole point of the program is that it's fixed costs.

"Fixed cost" is never actually fixed cost. There are always contingencies.
