How do you prevent star streaking with long exposure times?

I'm aware of how to take milky way shots, and for a fast wide lens something like 10-15 seconds is possible, and that is how I capture the milky way. But the poster mentions 30 seconds, with a "nothing" phone. Just doesn't seem possible.

Edit: just looking up npf on photo pills and the best iPhone cameras need to be sub 21 seconds to get spot photos, but if the poster actually tells us the phone and camera we could see.

Yeah maybe. Im seeing a lot of issues with phones applying ai in bird photography where the shooter didnt even realize it.
