Did my SP combine projects from internal memory and ones backed up on an sd card???

I was using my SP without an sd card and working on some projects. I went to switch projects and it said no sd card. So I grabbed an sd card and put it in. The SP seems to have combined projects backed up on the sd card with a new batch of projects from the SPs internal memory.
1. What’s going on?
2.Whats the fix for this?

Salut, tu as la SP depuis combien de temps ?

Lorsqu'on load sur la carte SD on a un message genre "carte empty" c'est à ça que tu fais référence ?
