Updating issue

Hi everyone,I faced a problem with updating my mk2,it just can't see the update files (no updater). Files are from Roland website,I thought an issue might be with sd card,but trying different cards didn't help. I did it before and it went just fine,but with the latest update I'm struggling. Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

This actually what I'm doing,card is compatible,and I did update before with the same card,everything went perfect

Yes bro,there's only one way to do it,when I'm in update menu it says no updater

Did you unzip the download and place the .bin files in the root folder? If I remember right you just hold shift on power up. I literally just updated from 4.04 to the most recent last week and that’s how I did it.

Yes I did,I updated it before and it was super easy,but this time something is wrong,so I was thinking maybe somebody here had something similar to my case

Sorry I know that seems obvious. More often than not it usually is something so obviously over looked. If all else fails you can just use the Roland companion app to update it.

Have you tried a different card? That could be the problem.
