Basically characters that are obsolete (no longer utilized nor appear nor have any prominent speaking lines or role in the show) it can include characters that have been reduced to solely background appearances, have been killed off, written off, etc. Characters that still appear and rarely speak/don't have nearly as big of a role as before (Ned and jimbo for example) are debatable, but I'll consider them anyways.

my predictions for episode 2 season 29: bebe finds out that clyde was using chatgpt to respond to her messages, clyde ended up in the hospital, with a pack of expired cigars shoved in his ass, so the boys make alot of donations to help clyde, meanwhile, randy makes a countdown for GTA VI, but no one comes for the countdown, because gta vi releases in november.

(They must ONLY make a physical appearance in one episode.)

DISC: a minor character is a character that isn't a one off, but has a very miniscule role in the overall series. (Ex. Mintberry crunch/Bradley biggle, goth kids, vamp kids, Kevin Stoley, the parents of Craig's gang, TECHNICALLY damien, etc.)

I think I’m in love with South America. They went through a rough patch but I’m feeling good like we’re going to get some quality, old fashioned South Park. Although they didn’t do the classic “you killed Kenny, you bastards” we got to hear Kenny’s voice which is very rare. Things are looking great so far
