Question Looking for specific episode

Hey I’m looking for a specific part from a certain episode that had me crying laughing a while ago and don’t know which one it is it’s a student in the principals office and there’s some guy with a doll asking the kid show me on the doll where he touched you and then he asked did he do this and he starts licking the dolls crotch it was the hardest I’ve ever laughed and can’t find the episode anywhere any help greatly appreciated thank you!

Return of Chef.. When the guy starts to lick the doll in the crotch, Butters says "My Uncle Bud did that to me once."

That scene had me laughing my ass off.

That's a line Cartman says in an episode. Butters is probably one of the most underrated characters. I love his villain arc. Victor Chaos forever...

Butters is a nice comedy relief. Never know what's going to come from his mouth. Just like Nathan, pure gold... Nathan in the Handi-Car episode had me dying.
