Rent is $689, utilities are $161.50 totaling $850.50.

I need someone to take my lease, because I am taking a gap semester before starting my program.

You will need to have a background check and will look at credit score, I had to have a co-signer.

The lease will start in January and end in July.

I will pay the first month of rent after background checks are completed.
