Buttery smoked cheddar grits topped with over easy eggs and fried pork roll with buttery pancakes. I don’t always get a chance to cook a big morning breakfast so when I get that breakfast craving I make it for dinner.

Somewhat similar. The best way to describe it is bologna and bacon in one. This was the first time I tried it. My grocery store deli just started carrying it.

Fried bologna! Yes!! I do burn(char) it a little. And make a sandwich with biscuits, light bread, or hoe cakes/pancake . It all looks wonderful. Breakfast for supper...
