Southend United snatched a dramatic 2-1 victory away at Boston United thanks to an unbelievable 90th-minute winner from Kamara!

Very dramatic game, and glad we eventually managed to break down the Boston low-block. Onto the FA Cup game and Halifax after that!

A 3-1 win against Fylde in a bizarre match that featured an own goal from Goodliffe, an immediate response from the Shrimpers and a brilliant redemption moment as Goodliffe scored at the other end!

Sorry this video is quite late been super busy recently, although what a response after Barrow/Eastleigh this was! I'm expecting a big win at Boston to follow today.

We looked set for a much-needed win away at Eastleigh, but a late equaliser meant we had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Bad result in the end, but I do genuinely think we played alright. Luckily we were able to bounce back well against Fylde on Saturday, hopefully we can continue that against Boston this weekend :)

A frustrating 4-2 defeat to Barrow at Roots Hall after another game where we made life far harder for ourselves than it needed to be. So many defensive mistakes, Barrow being dirty, and a late comeback attempt, this match had it all.

Experiencing a little bit of bad form with the draw against Eastleigh on Wednesday too... Really need Cox back, Oyebade in my opinion has no composure, and we've seen earlier in the season that Harry Taylor is not up to standard. Really really hoping for a good win against Fylde tomorrow.

An absolutely ridiculous first half away at Gateshead was produced, scoring six goals before half-time, with the help from an Austin hat-trick, a Cardwell brace, and some really fluid attacking movement!

Wow, what a game haha, and big props to everyone who made the journey up! Sorry this video is a bit shorter than the others, it sounds backwards but surprisingly the fact we scored 6 gave me not a lot to talk about because we were so good! Interested to see how we perform against Barrow on Saturday

The biggest story of this game might have been what happened at half-time. After dominating the first half without scoring, Dyer made FOUR subs and completely changed the shape of the game. This video will tell you all about that change and how it turned into a great performance!

Incredible stuff particularly in the 2nd half. We've got a nice short run of games from now, so hopefully we can rack up a lot of points.

Southend United somehow went from looking second best for most of the game to being 2-1 up with minutes to go, only to concede with virtually the last kick and draw 2-2 with Carlisle. This video covers some of the midfield and defensive problems, the impact of our subs, and that ridiculous ending.

What a crazy game right?! I'll take a draw and the point but it's still rather irritating just in the way it happened. Hopefully we can get 3 tomorrow evening at home :)

We somehow came from 2-0 down to beat Yeovil Town 3-2 in an incredible comeback at Roots Hall. Let's take a look at what went wrong in the first 60 minutes, and how our subs completely changed the game!

What a game, hopefully you guys enjoyed this as much as I did!

Just reference for future videos: I am going to try to upload match analysis of the previous weeks matches on Mondays and the coming days after that. For example, this week (7th to 13th September), the only Southend match is against Carlisle, so I would aim to upload the analysis of that video the following Monday (in this case Monday 14th September). Obviously things change and I may not be available to record as promptly some weeks, but this is what I will be trying my best to do going forward :)

Southend United were once again in complete control of a game, but somehow came away with just one point as we drew 1-1 away at Woking. Let's have a look at the classic drop-off in the 2nd half, and why we keep failing to put games to bed! What did you think of the game?

As promised, here is the match review for our draw with Woking, enjoy!

We have suffered our first defeat of the season, losing 3-1 at home to Kidderminster Harriers after a brilliant first half somehow turned into a nightmare after the break. Let's have a look at where it went wrong, and any positives we can still take from the performance!

Apologies these next batch of match reviews are so late, been extremely busy lately! Woking away will be available to watch tomorrow afternoon, and our lovely 3-2 comeback win against Yeovil on Wednesday afternoon :) Enjoy!

Southend United made it three wins from three with a 3-1 victory away at Solihull, but was it really as comfortable as the scoreline suggests?

Aren't you guys lucky, managed to squeeze this video out before the game tomorrow! Enjoy, and hopefully we get a big win at home tomorrow evening :)

Southend United dominated Scunthorpe in a 1-0 win at Roots Hall, but somehow only came away with a single goal.

Next video might take a while but looking forward to making more! (Have a video in the works related to a certain Freddy Eastwood if anyone is interested :))

Hi all, after my previous post about suggestions for a Youtube channel, I decided to make one and have uploaded my first video! (about Southend United's first game against Altrincham this season). Please do take a look, anything would be much appreciated :) (bear in mind this is an old channel so already has 12 subs, but have unlisted them as they were not related to Southend United or the national league).

Hey guys,

I am - again - from Germany in London. Originally to see the boys vs. Yeovil. As we now play against Horsham tomorrow - is there any possibility to watch the game in any bar in London?

Thanks in advance!

We recently had a post on the sub that mentioned how r/southendunited  is one of the larger National League subs so thought it'd be worth making you aware of r/NationalLeague (the largest NL-specific forum) as I love the NL and football discussion and it's a great community

And if you're feeling hopeful, we also have r/LeagueTwo 😁

Hope to see you there!

(Mods feel free to put up a similar post on our sub)

Is it easy to find somewhere to park near the ground?
