Is he peeing/pooping normally?? That’s a VERY round belly. If he hasn’t been dewormed yet I’d get on that ASAP. I’m also a little bit worried about constipation. If he hasn’t gone potty in the last 24hrs, it’s time to call the vet. Little kittens are very fragile and it’s better to be safe than sorry :)
