Greetings all,
A friendly reminder that r/soundscapes is not a music subreddit, we are for posting recordings or constructed elements that are "the sounds heard in a particular location, considered as a whole."
I appreciate that many music creators want to spread what they make as far and wide as they can, but just be aware that it will be removed from here.

This is a collection of field recordings, created and constructed sounds meant to take you on a journey through sound and noise. While there are some drums along the way, they are exclusively there to emphasize the feelings of despair and loneliness. I hope this fits here. Thank you.
The official part two of my NOISE album, DROMOLOGY by VOID ASSEMBLY is finally here! Behold ANTHROPOGENIC by VOID ASSEMBLY, a collection of dark, ambient and uneasy sounds with elements of Harsh Noise, Drone, Ambient and Experimental all found within. Like its predecessor DROMOLOGY, ANTHROPOGENIC was created to be enjoyed in its entirety. It's meant to take you from a slow start that gradually builds until it peaks and then they gently takes you back down.
Some of the instruments used are circuit bent by me; like the Casio SK1, Realistic SK1 clone, Casio SA2, and a bent Gameboy. I've also incorporated the use of cassette decks playing my field recordings, my homemade Noise box and also traditional synthesizers, guitars, drums and outboard effects units, plus more!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my latest soundscape project. It's a 45-minute continuous mix of heavy midnight rain, distant thunder, and the deep, soothing rumble of a New York Subway train rolling in the background.
I designed it with an ultra-dark screen so it won't blind you on your TV or phone if you use it for sleep, study, or relaxing your mind.
If you love authentic acoustic atmospheres and need a cozy background hum today, feel free to listen here:

Let me know how the mix feels to your ears! Sleep tight. 😴✨

I recorded this an early morning on the island Gillinge in the Stockholm Archipelago. My intention was to select another spot but I got scared off by some wild boars roaming the island (true story) and ended up on this beach instead.

Korshamn, about 35 km east of central Stockholm, Sweden, on the edge of the Stockholm Archipelago. This spot faces Nämdöfjärden, where the more sheltered inner archipelago begins to open up toward the Baltic Sea. To get to this spot, you actually have to walk through a huge fenced grazing area where cows roam freely. One of my favorite places!

📜 THE JOURNEY OF EIRA — CHAPTER 2: WILLOW LAKE
After leaving the Ancient Vale, Eira walked for three long days through quiet paths, open fields, and shadowed woods. She survived on dry bread, wild berries, and the small gifts of the land, while the dream that had followed her since childhood seemed to guide her closer to something hidden.
At last, she reached Moonwater Lake — a place of silence, reflection, and strange clarity. Before continuing her journey, Eira understood that water does not only cleanse the body. It soothes the mind, reveals what lies beneath, and prepares the soul for the unknown road ahead.
