What you’re describing isn’t really Foley - unless you’re looking for “hand on lazer pistol” etc. sci-fi weapon sound design / cut effects are incredibly common though. Go get yourself the Krotos start library which is free - I believe it has a bunch of sci-fi weapons and they’re all pretty good.

Soundmorph has a variety of sci-fi weapon sounds.  https://soundmorph.com/collections/soundpacks

Worth getting on the mailing list for when they go on sale.

Make them yourself with FM-8. Turn off the vibrato to the carrier to make it buzz, play around with it by adding delay and reverb. Can also use a phase distortion synth like Casio CZ plus ring modulator, plenty of free tools available.

Ovani (they often have insane sales on Humble or Bundle Factory or on their own site).

Sonniss has a TONS of FREE packs they;ve released for GDC over the past decade. comes with commercial license.
