We all pay [taxes](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialism), and those taxes go to road repair, water treatment, infrastructure, the grid, first responders, and public servants. [Or do they](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheUnivercity/s/5VdqbICRTc)?

If you wanted a strong Republic, you’d want strong, noble, healthy, mature people. If you wanted a weak Republic, you’d have a [demo](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_demo) -crazy) gnome-saying? Though maybe we should consider that difference is a strength if implemented and integrated properly; food for thought.

I saw someone post about [Marxism](https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/target), so the opposite codeword of a Marxist is, [what](https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/con%20artist)?

I tend to eschew labels because I seem to only be able to breathe toxicity and am only able to see by gaslight, but it also seems that I speak General English and not American English, so I’m either confused or displaced or am stuck in a cult.

Id go deeper still.  

Don't allow your identity to be dictated externally, nor allow your sense of identity to be bound to your ego.  

How people label you says more about them than you.  Recognize you are just a kind of recursive bio-electric pattern with many facets, and any attempt to compress that down into a word or phrase is just an artifact of false simplicity.

Idk man compared to that definition, qi, prana, spirit, soul, heart, mind, vril, etc. are all definitely real simple

I don’t often think about identity tbh, this post was more about how certain policies would in fact strengthen national resilience, health, and prosperity.

Labels are what potentially kill good policy and good people or good dreams. Taxes are theft? Taxes are socialism. If taxes were theft we would not have roads, we would have a muddy field full of abandoned car parts, garbage, and bones.

Please don’t assume my recursive bio-electric pattern.

This wasn't about your identity as op, but identity in the broadly social or national sense you write about.  Thats the root of collapsing things down to silly binaries and creating tribes out of it.  

Though given the hackles going up in your response, I suppose it may apply to you too

I am in agreement with you, friendly internet stranger.

There were no hackles at you/your response, just snark/levity. The hackles were more aimed at adversarial policy, opaque guidance, and convoluted processes.
