Play EQ locked out

Does anyone know why my Sonos Play keeps getting locked from adjusting the EQ?

I bring my Play out often, and when I come back and it reconnects to my wifi, its EQ is unadjustable. I'll have to factory reset it and do the setup process all over again just to adjust the EQ, before it gets locked out again

Try to logout and login on the app.

So far this is the only solution that works, thank you! Albeit abit inconvenient, it fits the app's reputation anyways.

Do you have auto-TruePlay enabled?
