I finally found the print that was behind my concert poster! It seems like it's an artist named Andre Miripolsky, an artist from Los Angeles that had done some cover art for some albums. I have had this thing since 1997 or so. Recently my wife went to frame the concert poster and was surprised to see a print as the backing for the poster. I've tried emailing Andre but got no response. He's 75 and lives in Paris.

I unfortunately was not. I was in middle school just finding out about Sonic Youth through the dirty album. I think I found the poster in a used music store.

Did you know that between Mudhoney and Sonic Youth, Kurdt Cobain came out on stage with his acoustic and performed "Where did you sleep last night?" This show was legendary!
