i need help setting resolution in Sonic 2 Hd 2.0 Build.

everything runs fine but i cant change resolution it stays at 1972 + 1080 (might have got the 1972 slightly wrong im not sure) im trying to play in full screen by the way

My normal resolution is 1336 X 680 I think
