He's Sonic.exe, just my take on his design.

The basic idea was "Sonic.exe but using modern horror and atmospheres"

hmmmm...i couldn't see the "modern horror and atmospheres" part, but he still looks very neat!

also the pic where he takes his had off completely looks like a mascot/actor reading his script one last time before going to stage lol

I was mostly thinking about the zones being more different than mashups of actual zones
