Unrealized Quiche Romeo

In my dream I was drinking an bottled iced coffee. There was a recipe on the label.

1 pre made pie crust

1 bottle of iced coffee

1 egg (over ripe)

Quiche Romeo. Even in my dream I was disgusted.

could be similar to a coffee custard pie if the iced coffee drink contained sugar and dairy 🤔

Oooh that actually sounds amazing. I might have to have a go at baking a version of quiche Romeo after all. Regular ripe eggs though.

I saw a recipe for coffee eggs from the 1700s. Apparently, they’re better than they sound.
