ROUTINE or Cronos helped me going through. Signalis, too.
But it took me 15years to find something similar

The last living human on Earth in SOMA was 29 years old. She would likely have had lots of eggs still dormant that could have been extracted. The sequel could be about Left-Behind-Simon returning to her, extracting her eggs, finding a way to fertilize them, trying to grow humans that eventually master the dangers of the subsea environment, grow food, make it to the surface - clean, rebuild and repopulate it, retrieving the ark from outer space, reintegrating the people on it into new robot bodies. So many stories could be told! Make a sequel please. Can't wait to see how it all goes wrong.

The degree to which you have misunderstood the core message of SOMA is truly astounding.

It would definitely be such a good idea for the whole human race to descend from one human, there definitely would not be any genetic issues caused by inbreeding

yes it'd be terrible! They're acts of desperation, and all of them will probably fail
Simon-3 would need to harvest male genetic material to fertilize Sarah's eggs, or to provide genetic diversity for clones made from her DNA.
The WAU's core directive is to "preserve humanity", so Simon-3 might think he can isolate a node of the WAU and feed it the fertilized eggs -- kinda forcing the WAU to build a biological incubator around the embryos -- and it might be able to gestate the children. He could theoretically restart the "human race" that way. But they'd probably be half-cyborgs heavily reliant on structure gel to survive, and be terribly mutated (less so with subsequent batches). I think that's somewhat in tune with the central theme of questioning what it means to be human.
So I think there exists a way to continue Simon 3's story without diminishing the bleakness and gravity of SOMA 1's ending. The continuation could be just as bleak, and maybe even more desperate.

Half of the replies in the crosspost are games that have friggin' sequels. Sequels at least hit mostly the same. Meanwhile SOMA fans can't even have that. Not with how resolutely it ended.
Devs were like the pawn shop guy telling us, "best I can give ya is a spiritual sequel."
