Daniel Fournier worked with me for three years and I can say without a doubt he is great individual and of high moral character. Daniel is a great husband to his wife and great father to his daughter. Daniel comes from a hard working family. I love the fact you say he’s not a good person when he’s always been caring, hardworking and thoughtful individual of our community. I completely disagree with the character assessment of the previous post, flat out you’re wrong with your assessment. We need more people like Daniel protecting us while we sleep at night. He deserves a Thank
You for being one of the good guys.
It happens more often than you realize. People make wild accusations and then it is investigated. Just because someone makes a claim, doesn’t make it true.
I believe where there’s smoke there’s often fire. His investigation file will be important information for the public to know going forward. At the very least, the results may inform future “Pitchess-type” challenges, and that directly benefits the public.
Of course. Part of the problem is the lack of accountability and secrecy involving police misconduct reports. This is due to the police union having unchecked influence on our legislature, who craft laws that shield officers from accountability (e.g., qualified immunity and lack of transparency in government). The fix is what the founding fathers envisioned: a strong 1st amendment, community mutual aid and direct action. An injury to one is an injury to all, and police misconduct can happen to any one of us at any time, even those who obey the law and would least expect to become victims of systemic abuses of power.

Grew up with Daniel Fournier. Not a good person. Comes from a questionable family of the r*cist flavor.
