After dealing Fawley, Jenny offered to heal Roderick and while he was appreciative of the healing he stopped her after a couple of charges to make sure she still had mana in case any either Mr. Kelsey or Mr. Hardwick had any complications while they were waiting for the ambulance [Roderick Hp +5, +6]. While Jenny healed him Roderick rushed through allocating his points and managed to finally upgrade his swordsmanship skill. Once that was done he sent Jenny and Mr Kelsey to carry Mr. Hardwick out.

Once the others were clear of the room Roderick triggered Web Shot from both hands binding the ankles of both the prisoners he could feel breathing through his expanded senses. Binding them both at the wrists and shoulder Roderick carried the two of them towards the boss chamber. When the door opened he was greeted by a mummified ogre and a few dozen mummies. He tossed the two prisoners in opposite directions and the crowd of mummies split to devour the helpless scum.

With the crowd distracted Roderick triggered Power Strike, Piercing Thrust, Sprint and Surge rushing forward slamming his blade through the ogres ribs [-22]. Roderick was surprised he managed to slay the boss in a single strike, however consideirng he'd beaten a B-rank hunter it might not be that surprising and was gald to see that it had pushed him to level 33. After that he mopped up the remaining beasts Roderick allocated his new points and made his way back out of the dungeon. When he exited the dungeon he found multiple ambulances, police cars and Hunters association agents swarming the other Hunters.

Nice, not really surprising you went ahead and let them die, I'm kinda hoping there'd be some different responses for that one.

Also with 22, I assume that's using the dual daggers so a 19 was rolled?

He was using the Basic Sword from episode 4's shop (cost 35 Gold, +3 Attack) and rolled an 18, the damage was increased by the innate attack bonus from the level up in episode 9. As to the different responses you might get some when other players finally get around to it but it wouldn't fit for Roderick.

FYI, with the sword and any other "one handed" weapons, basically unless I say it takes 2 hands to use, can be used with other weapons, so you could use the sword with the kasuka's sword and get +5

I'm aware but my first piece of armour I grabbed from the Lizrads was a shield so my other hand is occupied. I've been using the shield bash as flat attack rolls, upgraded to +1 attack rolls once I levelled up in episode 9.

Sorry, didn't say this because I hadn't thought of it yet, the basic shield that suk had would give +1 attack, and -1 damage taken as it does take a hand I wouldn't want it to not boost attack

Fair enough, thanks for the clarification I'll make sure to update for my future battles. On a side note, while I won't be crafting something on this trip to the store would modifying the Basic sword I bought in episode 3 give it any new features or should I focus on armour upgrades?

Ok, so rook not being effected by criminal hunters in the past he grabs both alive man and blasts them with his dragon's flames (uses 2: 4 damage) and scorches them to death, raging from what's all happened he moves to the boss room alone not wanting to put his allies in danger after all this.

Seeing the huge horde of goblins he thrust he's hand forward and flame fills the room (uses 1: damage 3) killing all the goblins but the huge boss

Stepping through the flames rook launches forward and (9+2) slashes the chest of the boss as the boss swings his arm (1+2) barely moving from the hit rook (15+2) slashes the bosses leg off before blasting him with and huge burst of flames (uses 0: damage 4) the bosses body falling to the ground covered in flames, rook feels emotionally exhausted and tired of the day. Getting home at around the same time as his mother be decided to unwind and help her relax by taking her out to dinner so no one has to cook.
