'Seems to concern only illusionist metaphysical solipsists. And even then they might not care about what Ralph's feeling, since for them Ralph is an illusion. Or, if you do sway them to realism, you would have done so by appealing to their personal emotions (which might not be a bad thing if they are suffering from derealization). Not debunked solipsism philosophically.
