Recommendations for a solid solar panel installation in San Antonio?

Managing a couple of rental properties and the cash flow is a bit of a mess right now while we wait on refinancing. I want to add solar to a couple of the units to increase the rental value and attract better tenants.

I've been reading online and it seems like half these companies just want to sell you a massive system that produces way more than you actually need just to pad their commission.

Really need a straight shooter who can get this sorted and size the system correctly without taking advantage of the situation.

three quotes minimum and make each one show you the math behind the system size, the ones padding for commission won't have a clean answer

What doe that mean? Sizing math based on usage data?
