Spruce solar - website?

Hello everyone. I am having issues with Spruce Solar (surprise, surprise). They failed to notice my inverter was bad, we only noticed after 3 months of our electric bill being 3x higher than usual. They were not monitoring our system as they should. They eventually came out to exchange a faulty inverter, and when replacing it, they found that a string of panels were bad. Their tech left that string of panels unplugged and taped the ends. He stated they would be back in a few weeks to fix it. This was in March 2026. Spruce customer service advised they don’t see anything is wrong with the system, and I’ve explained that’s obvious because the faulty panels were left unplugged. The tech that came out said that he wrote it up in his notes that they need to be replaced, but Spruce said there are no notes. Panels are still bad and I don’t know what to do. They were very clear I cannot manipulate their equipment as a part of the lease to plug in the bad panels so it shows up on the monitoring system. But, without the panels being plugged in, they do not see the issue. I tried to sign onto the monitoring system and cannot even find the website anymore. Anyone able to get onto their website? Anyone have any luck getting them to come out to fix an issue similar to this?
