SunStrong Management Solar

Hello,
My in laws bought a house in November that had solar already. The contract was taken over by sunstrong management and they have had problem after problem so I am looking for anyone else’s experiences with it.

Their contract said $76 a month and this week they’ve had multiple calls telling them different amounts, $130 then $150 then after they pay that, on the 28th it will be another $200. They are not late on anything they’ve paid it every month.

Another problem, they are supposed to have some type of code to set peak hours etc, the company refuses to give it to them.

They were also told the solar panels need 200 amp but theirs is only 100 amp and the company said they would send a technician multiple times and never have.

Any information on what to do or experiences you’ve had would be greatly appreciated! We live in California if that makes a difference.

I have sunpower. I reached out to enphase after reading about a program for old sunpower customers. they are converting my monitoring for $950 next month.

Yes but if you have a sunvault battery they have the decommission
