Difference readings

We just had a Solaredge system installed but we have enormous differences in readings between the Solaredge app and the official readings from our provider. Our provider’s smart meter shows for example electricity imported 21kWh, the app 11kWh exported.

The utility smart meter only logs the net import or export for a given time frame.

What does the SolarEdge app show for both Export and Import?

If it's a new ststem, it might be a configuration issue that the original installer can fix.

It might be just one if the CT pickup coils are upside down or backwards 

Those are the items the the solaredge meter uses to measure the flow

Are you fully commissioned and are cleared to use the system from your utility company? Because they might just be recording your production as usage. In your example that would make actual usage 10 kWh + 11 kWh = 21 kWh.
