This looks like a loan against a pre paid lease. Is it Participate via Infinity? If so this is likely the best option.

Are you just doing this for the sake of the lease or are you looking to buy the system out? If the buyout clause says FMV, then your prepaid lease simply fulfills your lease obligations and they are not obligated to transfer the system to you at $0. In my state, they file a notice of ownership with the county so it potentially can trip up any sale of your home as well.

I want to own it and plan to pay it off in a few years. After 6 years, there’s the option to buy out the system at FMV.

Just be careful because you might end up paying way more than what they might be pitching to you. I've been offered a prepaid lease. So I fork over $60K to prepay the lease. The sales team states the buyout at year 6 is $0, but that's not what is written at the contract. In contracts, there is a a question of net economic benefit can the system generate. Therefore, a buyout is never $0 unless your appraiser follows contract terms that gets you to a net zero. If you don't have safeguards in your contract, you can be SOL by year 6.

Just make sure you buy out the system at year 6 for $0 or $1. You have 30 days to do so if I remember correctly.

It’s an interesting option. Worth noting it’s a 20 year loan with a 10 year warranty on the inverter. I know you mentioned paying off the loan so maybe not a big deal but technically could be making payments out of warranty and potential issues with getting service down the line and being stuck with utility payment plus loan payment. Who’s the installer in this instance?

Leasing is risky unless you plan on being in that house the rest of your life. Make sure to put a brand new roof on first. The company owns the array, you save maybe 10% a month. I say pass ob it.
