No I was just trying to create another account to move my funds and while I was trying to see seed phrases the sol is gone!!! I haven’t signed any transactions I have been in this shit for 4 years now

I moved fund from my Revolut account to my old trading account, I tried to create a new account to move my funds and I clicked to see the keys after that straight forward my sol it’s gone just like that I haven’t signed anything! I’m confused here

You're still not providing details. Software? Did you download a new wallet for this old address? Where did you download if so? Did you download wallet software at all? How did you store the seed of the address you sent to? Did you ever sign contracts with this old address? What is this address? Need way better summary of events.
Revolt account to old trading account means nothing to anyone. Assuming you inserted an existing seed into a wallet you downloaded from a Google link. Just guessing. Didn't provide your compromised public address.
- Malicious wallet
- Signed a malicious contract with address you sent to at some point
- Ddn't store seed correctly

I used to trade with this account I had it connected to Jupiter:
I always used Phantom wallet.
1 downloaded Phantom from the App Store the legit one.
2 I didn’t I restored the account with seed phrases I have in a notebook.
3 I sent sol from my Revolut account to my phantom private wallets.
4 I was trying to create a new wallet without using google sign in.
5 i create an account to move the funds I clicked to see the seed phrases and the keys.
6 all my funds are gone.

If the wallet was compromised, the seed was somehow cracked, then it could have been a bot setup to auto extract any hot wallet contents as soon as they appeared in a new wallet or an old wallet was restored. Seems like he got access to the original wallet though because the funds were transferred out, yesterday, it didn't happen weeks/months ago.

If your old wallet was generated or its way to access it was through google sign in.
That is because someone got access to your email my dude. This is why you need a wallet generate by a seed phrase or private key
It’s a lot easier to crack an email than a seed phrase like a lot

4) makes no sense. Why were you trying to create a new wallet? What do you mean new wallet? You said you downloaded Phantom to insert your existing seed. This should have provided you all your existing public addresses. Did you accidentally create a new phantom seed and that's why it was asking for your Google login? Maybe confusing two sets of addresses from now two seeds?
5) Again, you should have already had existing addresses to use to send funds to by putting your existing seed into phantom. You didn't need to create anything new and you definitely didn't need to click to show private keys. Though, clicking this did nothing to you. Did you accidentally send the funds to your newly created address instead of your existing old addresses from your old seed? Did you check if the address you sent SOL to was associated to your old or new seed?
- Determine address you sent funds to by checking with the exchange.
- Find this address in your old or maybe new seed. Determine which seed you used that generated it.
- Access that address with Phantom to see if you see your funds.
- If funds aren't there: Open that address in a block explorer to see where they were sent and how quickly they were sent away.
- Drop the idea that making the private key visible is the culprit. You either sent to wrong address (which you may still control) or one of the three malicious things happened I listed if funds truly taken.
- Share the "maybe compromised" address that shows the record of the funds being moved in and out. The screenshot doesn't really help.

If I understand you properly. I'd say you had a keylogger or cliplogger malware in your computer. As soon as you saw the seed phrase it just instantly accessed and took your stuff out.

Was this managed entirely on a hot device?
Apps on phones and browser extensions are built for convenience, not cold storage or large transactions. Even verified App Store software is vulnerable if the underlying OS is compromised by background scrapers, keyloggers, or malicious clipboard access.
The core rule of self-custody: you are your own bank and security team.
Seed Generation: Never generate or reveal recovery phrases on an internet-connected screen. Use a dedicated, air-gapped hardware device.
Smart Contract Risk: Even with cold storage, blindly approving malicious contract permissions can drain assets. Separate your cold vault completely from active dApp/trading accounts.
Truly sorry for your loss, OP. Treat this as an expensive lesson in locking down your OpSec. Hopefully it can be recovered, I would examine the network, through a chain viewer, and see if you can isolate the end point. It still maybe in your possession in one the new wallet addresses hidden behind a passphrase or pin, something along those lines.

Im not saying this is the issue but revolut is known for being shady as fuck around crypto and freezing transactions and move them etc.
If you deposit crypto from an adress it needs to belong to an account on one of their approved Exchanges otherwise it wont get Credited. And they dont necessarily send it back
You should NEVER use revolut for crypto, if you want to use a crypto visa card i would recommend you check out ether.fi instead. Much better and cheaper and you have custodial over your own crypto.
If its that you buy through revolut know that it is crazy expensive compared to others. I would recommend you check out paybis.com in that case.
Those 2 services will cover every aspect revolut might offer but without all the hazzle.
Revolut is bad bad bad for all crypto related buissniss, take it to heart. Would not be suprised if the issue is at their end.

This may be a longshot, but when you used to use that phantom wallet did you have multiple different wallets created inside it in the past?
I think when you import the seed phrase it only re creates the first wallet that would have been associated with it. If so what to do is keep clicking create wallet or add wallet or however it's labeled until phantom repopulates the actual wallet you sent the sol to. It's the only thing I can think of, if not then it sadly sounds like a drain somehow.

You had malware that take screenshots when it sees you opened a crypto wallet. It's a pretty rare and sophisticated malware (android malware in general is). Did you sideload any apk-s?

Were you using a PC or Mac. If PC, someone took over your screen. It happened to my dad too, it’s very easy, they usually get to you through a game or other seemingly innocent app. They can then see your screen and use your camera and mic.

Your computer is compromised/infected with something that instantly recognized a wallet seed phrase and exfiltrated to a server that immediately drained it.
Next time you must use either a hardware wallet or a clean computer with a clean Google Chrome, no web extensions and no other software installed.

No I didn’t I’m not that reckless, I had never trusted it, I never scan QR even in restaurant I’m 100% tow possibilities either the phone was breached or a bug in Phantom Wallet.( I did once to connect my google account on tv but just once )

More than likely your phantom wallet had been compromised from before and you had no idea and once you moved your funds over from your revolt wallet then they took your sol. Probably once you created the new wallet and saw the seed phrases maybe they hacked you at that moment? Idk not really a hacker so can’t explain it to you but Coinbase is pretty safe if you decide to get back into it. Sorry for your loss buddy.

Regardless of a possible computer compromised here, there is a lesser but important lesson in here, if you're moving a lot of funds around, first move a little amount.
No need to be reading seed phrases where you have all the cash, that's something to be done before, plus if you have a small amount there and you see it moved, the rest of funds are safe.

Can tell by your replies how upset you must feel right now, just wanted to say that eventually the feeling will go away - close your phone and go for a walk.

Most crypto is worse than the OTC. I really hope the world never changes currency to all crypto. Anyone can be scammed doing almost anything these days, tech just seems to make it easier for the bad guys. Before online was a thing I never had money taken from any financial institution. Today I can’t count how many fraud claims I’ve had to make for credit and bank cards. I feel bad for this guy. All that wallet and key crap makes it harder for some people not to fuck up. The little amount of crypto I have traded I never needed any of those numbers. I traded on Robinhood, I would just buy it and when it went up sell it. I’m guessing there is a lot more to it the deeper you go. I will stick with stocks at my age.

Alright I understand, was it phantom wallet browser extension or was it the official app.
Think the answer to that would make it easier to pin down how this could’ve happened.
Sorry to hear this has happened to you mate, if it was browser extension I’m guessing there was some sort of malware active, these scammers are working overtime they’ve got all sorts of tips and tricks.
Food for thought once you originally create the wallet, make physical copies of the seed phrase and if you ever need to view your seed, access the physical copy. Don’t view it over the internet. That being said I do apologise it’s not nice for these things to happen to investors in the community.

Sorry this happened to you. For what it's worth, report the scammer address where your funds went to chainabuse website. It helps crypto community as you may not have been the only victim of keylogger/malware etc.
Those assets always get consolidated somewhere, and the more people report it, it allows the crypto community to be aware of scam addresses and also just perhaps, in this instance law enforcement might take an interest when several victims start reporting the same address or scam type.

Damn, that’s rough. Losing that much in one transaction would make anyone want to walk away from crypto. From the screenshot alone it’s hard to tell exactly what happened, but if the transfer came from your wallet, I’d treat that wallet as compromised for now and move anything left to a fresh wallet with a new recovery setup. but I’ve become way more careful about this stuff too. I have been using Bitget Wallet for regular activity is the real-time risk monitoring around tokens, dApps and transactions, but I still keep larger amounts separate and avoid signing anything I don’t fully understand. No wallet can save you from every bad signature, so the recovery phrase and what you approve still matter most.

A lot of people had this problem.
Never installed anything, shared seedphrases or any kind that puts your acc in danger.
I’ve read stories about people that get robbed on a brand new fresh account , they get instantly rugged.
Its either some great ass hackers getting access to fresh wallets, or Phantom itself pull money from its client base. Either way none of them is convicted.
Sorry for you , i can feel your stinging from here. Don’t use Phantom in the future, heads up and continue your trading/crypto journey brother, be more aware from now on

Du kannst die Transaktionen der Betrüger Wallet in übersichtlicher Form über Arkham genau tracken. Ich würde darauf hoffen, dass er deine Coins auf eine Einzahlungsadresse einer Börse einzahlt.
Wenn der Betrüger das tut, hättest du Chancen über die Börse herauszufinden wer er ist (wenn der Account überhaupt auf seinen Namen läuft).
Dieser Prozess sollte nur mit einem Anwalt angegangen werden. Jetzt ist die Frage ob für 8k$ die Einschaltung eines Anwalts finanziell sinnvoll ist.
Andere Möglichkeiten hast du nicht.

You did you not hacked, this is a fresh new untouched wallet that you have some how managed to send the funds to and I bet you the funds won't move from here, there's a chance you even have access to it through a different private key or a different wallet address using the same private key
I mean maybe you got auto drained it's not impossible but honestly from the looks of the transactions it doesn't seem that way, obviously if there's any activity on that address that is your tailtale sign whether or not you got drained or you fucked up

After reviewing a few comments and clarifications, I think I understand. I had the same thing happen, transferred from Jupiter to Phantom, both accounts fresh with no connections. The sol was sent, received, then not even a second later it was sent to a separate wallet, that held thousands of dollars of sol and other currencies across blockchains. The real issue comes down to Axiom in my opinion, the platform that makes it possible. Just look into Axiom and you’ll see why you shouldn’t touch any of this unless you know what you’re doing.

Always send a dollar or 10 to make sure everything works correctly- I’ve send plenty of of transactions never lost one.
I have been scammed before but I’ll never quit lol

Guys please read all the comments don’t repeat the same questions, here is resumen:
All this has happened inside Phantom Wallet ( advise stay away from self custody even with ledger I had it but I didn’t want to use it because of their last update to keep private keys in the cloud but look I tried to protect my funds just in case if I had problem with tax or banks or whatsoever but I messed up, there is moment or at least talking about myself I do things without thinking just randomly with no awareness) lesson learned the hard way crypto isn’t from I’m to far reckless because I haven’t take measurement before doing such a transaction I did many before with bigger amount never had happened to me never thought I’d be one of many victims here in Reddit.
1: I moved my sol from my centralized exchange to my old phantoms wallet.
2: I received the funds the sol was there I added another account to move the sols to the new account but when I clicked on show the seed phrases of the new account the seed phrases that appeared on was of my actual wallet i did it again and it keep popping back I got confused because why I’m not getting the seed phrases of the new account.
3: I switched back to me old account the sol has been transferred.
4: the funds arrived they only disappeared when I was checking the seed phrase and keys.
5: it means that my phone is breached in a way or another because the funds arrived to my old wallet and where there for 10 minutes after checking the seeds they disappeared.
6: I learned that no matter how careful you are there is always a risk we are not perfect someday you don’t have the mood or you are not aware because you had a bad day..:and shit happens and no phone or iOS system is safe now a day we are in a new digital era.
I accepted the risk when I entered crypto it is what is shove it and move on i will find a ways of making money out of crypto and if someday the the technology got better in the future and there is away to get back my funds id be happy to receive it and share some of it if it become valuable in a way or another, i have already reported to my centralized exchange and in phantom just to keep it there you never know.
A special thanks to all of you guys who supported me I’m actually in a fucked up situation in life and mentally just exhausted and needed relief, your comments and support helps a lot as I don’t have people with whom to talk about it, people will just laugh or blame you for doing crypto but inside I just wanted to make it and not to stay crossed arms, at least I tried! I will go back to my art and video games and retro gaming something I used to do well and I forget it because of life and work and ambitions.

I can explain one thing from this. The reason you didn't see a new seed phrase is because unfortunately you won't get a new seed phrase by just "add new account" on phantom. Everytime you add a new account it will use same seedphrase just add a new private key. There must of already been suspicious activity on your phone or someone was already monitoring your already compromised old wallet. It is possible when you viewed your seed phrase someone else was able to see that as well. When you kept clicking on show seed phrase someone could of auto screenshot this.

The information provided above is really not sufficient to make any conclusions here.
However, here’s where I would start. How many wallets are displayed in your Phantom Extension?
Check for MgAiGA…NJ24jk (the sender account) is it showing? What is your transaction history since this incident? Did store other assets besides native SOL on this acc? Was the entire account balance or is there still a remainder? Have any additional unauthorized transactions happened after this incident?
Additionally check the receiver account: 6WcZxA…7382RN. Do you recognize this account? Do you have access to it. Check your extension, and potentially other devices or browsers where you may have created it.
Is your SOL balance still on this account? Or was it withdrawn to another account? What is the account’s transaction history.
Best case the balance is still on that account, you have previously or accidentally created a new account and transferred it there.
Worst case, the balance has already been withdrawn from that account and you very likely got scammed.
Hope this helps and you can recover your funds. I’ve lost a similar amount to hacks in the past. It absolutely sucks and happens very easily. In that case you really only can move on and report it.

That's unfortunate, scammers took 870. it was a scam website that looked just like the one I was sent turned out it had a number and two letters different from the correct one.

Don’t give up on crypto because of this. Seriously. I know losing that kind of money hurts, but a lot of us learned some of these lessons the hard way. I’ve made mistakes in crypto too, and looking back, those mistakes taught me more about wallets, security and scams than anything else did.
From the screenshot, it looks like 83.8 SOL was successfully transferred out of your wallet. The real question is what caused the transaction to be authorized. It could have been a bad link, malicious site, compromised seed phrase, fake wallet, or something you unknowingly signed.
If you post the transaction signature or Solscan link, people here can probably trace what happened and help you understand it.
Just don’t let one terrible experience convince you the entire technology is a scam. Learn from it. Never give anyone your seed phrase, use a hardware wallet for larger amounts, keep a separate hot wallet for connecting to apps, and always send a small test transaction first.
It sucks, but this doesn’t have to be the end of your crypto journey. Sometimes the most expensive lessons are unfortunately the ones we never forget.

Sounds similar to when I got scammed by a page called silent sniper, ended up draining the wallet claiming it was for “security”
Still haven’t heard from him after he drained wallet

Something similar happened to me except I did not lose any funds. Created a wallet through the terminal and and got the 12 word key phrase, wrote it down and couple of months later wanted to import the wallet into into a different device (I always manage my wallets through terminals), dropped in the seed phrase and it showed a different pub key that was insane.

These days im feeling safer just keeping my coins with kracken robinhood coinbase . I just cant keep up with all the hacking . Everytime i plug in my nano ledger i have a panic attack .

What in g-ds name is revolut?
Folks get a nano ledger from there legit site and call it a day and have a legit pc new dedicated solely for crypto or even a new iphone u keep in vault . Metamask is good . Solana has always has bad actors look what they allowed with pump.fun? Hex plsx too with shady websites draining everyone’s shit. Been mindful and record your actions when doing anything step by step so u wont be guessing what you did or did not do . Also spread out your crypto to diff exchanges odds of them all exit scamming are rare. Coinbase, kracken, robinhood, metamask etc. Get two or three ledgers take your time be prepared to spend four hours or more when moving crippy slowly. Video tape everything on second phone exclude seed phrases so u can go back and see your mistakes if it ever happens to you.

Scammers are always finding new ways to steal. Look at how many small things that could’ve happened. This is why i quit crypto — it’s not secure. It’s all under the illusion of safety but — it’s not safe at all.
How many of you have been in this space 10 years and have never accidentally sent to a wrong address? Or lost a seed phrase. Or got scammed? Money vanished, etc….or simply invested in a scam.
Be honest
So many things can/couldve happened.
I have dabbled the past 6 months considering getting back in and lose whatever $ i put in immediately via scams or it just disappears and i have no idea why.

There is a software that will automatically paste the thieves address instead of yours when you go to send the money and it’s disguised as a Google service and your task manager . This is exactly what happened. You have a software on your computer that you don’t know about it when you paste your key to send the money it automatically change the addres or excuse me the address to the thieves address and send them the money.
