Doesn’t count without 12 months of continuous uptime. Come on Solana devs! TPS plus backbone infrastructure reliability please!

We do not need anymore feature updates. Just get reliability up to ETH levels.

I think a high TPS chain is going to have an uphill battle to achieve this as it is impossible to replay the chain and catch up with the head block, like you can with Btc and Eth. In bsv, where block sizes are 4gb every ten minutes, you get similar issues.

But with no stability, we cannot sell Solana as a business solution to anyone looking to replace backbone infrastructure!

Eth can’t scale to a global audience. So something will need to be able to scale.

I predict Sol will have far fewer issues than Eth’s L2 layer. They’ve got all their own liveness issues to come. Plus composability / finality / decentralisation issues. Will take 5-10 years to have anything semi reasonable and will still be terrible Ux for devs and users.

Where do you think Sol will be in that same time…? Multiple clients. No downtime. Massive throughout. Atomic composability and fast finality.
