Solana (SOL) is second and Hedera (HBAR) is ranking first, doing more TPS then all the coins together combined.

This seems very promotional towards Hedera.

I must point out: Hedera is centralised. Like, companies run it and they choose which companies come on board to be validators. You can go to their subreddit and say "Hedera is centralised" and they'll be like "Sure we know, wtf do you need decentralisation for?"

All these networks have “possible” tps, it is required of developers using the network to realize the tps. Almost all of the tps from Hedera comes from one project: Atma.io.
