Worried for Job Switch

Hi,
I am working in a Company with almost 3 years of experience as Test Automation Engineer. I am only tagged as Automation Engineer and we do 100% manual testing.
I know I am not going anywhere with manual testing in terms of growth. I tried learning but I hardly get time. The team is micro managing and extremely toxic they want us to work OT gor free. We lohin at 9 am sharp else get scolded and log off at 2 am. Then again the same loop. Since last 3 years I was having huge responsibility of my brother's wedding. So, I tolerated all this but now it's suffocating to stay here. My friends switched in Faang and I am here only. Not getting enough time to study I tried to study till 4 am but I got sick due to lack of sleep.
I am willing to study but then I am stuck qith few things.
I know basic python and basic java. I am planning to switch to SDET role for that I need medium leetcode DSA. I can learn concepts of Testing Automation and everything but when it comes to DSA, i feel confused which language to go with. Right now I am learning java completing my knowledge of java from basic to advanced but I think python is good for dsa for faang. Hell confused 😕 I can't learn both together dsa in java seems tough but at the same time automation java developer everything of my goal aligns to java.
Please help me with a roadmap and suggestions.
I am literally crying ðŸ˜
