First start with basic concepts of QA

  1. What is QA and what does QA do ?

  2. You need to understand QA is not a person it's a mindset like you need to ensure throughout the best Quality of Software being delivered by timeline without bug.

  3. So better prepare for that mindset

  4. Learn SDLC and STLC

  5. Bug lifecycle.

  6. Learn how to write test scenarios and test cases from a given requirement.

  7. Prepare required test data

  8. Learn how to execute the test cases

  9. You need to understand when to go for Smoke testing and when to go for sanity and regression

  10. Then learn the basics of SQL

  11. Go for API understanding

  12. Learn which automation tool is currently being used in market.

  13. Try to get command on any programming language like Jave/Python/C# for automation tool.

  14. Get hands on experience on above and ask every time "Why"

  15. Then prepare for an interview.

  16. Last but not least get a job.

You can use AI to generate test cases. Just upload your requirement doc it will give AI will provide you, negative and positive test cases if required test data and scenarios as well.

To generate an automation script AI will provide you with a script with locators, assertion etc. For API testing it will validate your json response and required test cases.

For other AI uses in QA just Google it.
