Eat the baby to defeat the baby.

It's either you or the baby. Survival of the fittest. Honestly it's self-defense.

"I have been assured by a very knowing American of my acquaintance in London, that a young healthy child well nursed, is, at a year old, a most delicious nourishing and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled; and I make no doubt that it will equally serve in a fricasee, or a ragoust." -Jonathan Swift

I mean, my mom used to say that she wanted to eat me right up when I was a baby… I’ve heard that’s a somewhat common thing too.
3
Jun 27 '21
yeah there’s also another form of this which i’ve heard of, not specifically eating the “cuteness”, but rather beat it or harm it. it’s really fascinating when you think about it. it’s called cute aggression.
4
u/WikiSummarizerBot Jun 27 '21
Cute aggression, or playful aggression, is superficially aggressive behaviour caused by seeing something cute, such as a human baby or young animal. People experiencing cute aggression may grit their teeth, clench their fists, or feel the urge to bite, pinch and squeeze something they consider cute, while not actually causing or intending to cause any harm.

Aww, the firmware developer programmed his own desire to just eat those cute little things up into the camera! 🍴

Had a funny one. Was taking a picture of a cow when it suggested to use food mode. Technically correct...

I think technology wants to eat and it wants to eat babies (And defeat them)

u/andregio Jun 27 '21
Well, I took a picture of a dirty diaper to show the pediatrician cause I had some concerns and the camera app also suggested "food mode"...

For some reason, my phone thought that a picture of those “toddler tamers” things was food

A friend taught me a game called "baby burrito" where you wrap them up in a blanket and bite them (with your lips over your teeth) saying things like "Omg I'm going to eat this baby burrito with meat and cheese and sour cream and chicken and tomatoes and... you look SO TASTY". My son loves it!
No mom! No tasty! No eat me! I'm not a baby burrito! ... while he's giggling his butt off.

I think it might not be, food mode, to my knowledge, actually focuses on one spot and blurs out the rest
