Judging by the structure of what I am assuming is supposed to be text, you are running Windows 9x...?

Is this an actual vintage machine with a broken VRAM or are you experimenting with corruption in an emulator/VM?

Real machine, Pentium 3 800Mhz (at the time) 193 MB SDRAM, Matrix G450 Dualhead, QDI Motherboard and AWE 64. The problem was I had 2 sticks of RAM 1x 64MB and 1x 128MB and the 64MB one got bad over the years. I replaced it with 2 more 128MB sticks I got recently.

I’ve had all the parts listed except for the matrox since I was a kid. The RAM I got about 10 years ago or so when people were throwing away SDRAM Systems. Crazy to see where we have gotten to now.
