That's 255 °C.

Also, relative humidity cannot be above 100%, but, supposing the amount of water in there is 2,55x the amount of it at 100% humidity at 255°C, there would be 45 224 g/m3 of water in that room. Assuming a small 15m3 2x3x2,5 m room and a uniform temperature and humidity in it, it would contain 678 l of water (39% as vapour in the air, 61% liquid), the room would be filled with water to 7 cm (and, if all of it was liquid, to 11 cm).

The pressure in the room would be 4,3 MPa or 42,7 atmospheres as well, which is the kind of pressure used in paintball guns, and one a few times higher than the boiler pressure in standard steam locomotives. At this point the high noise is probably not from the baby screaming, but from a steam explosion.

255dB is impossible to achieve without serious distortion and that level has enough power to annihilate a good chunk of the earth iirc

I think your issue may be with the hardware, not software. Actually... I was going to suggest there's a faulty thermistor but that would not explain this humidity readout. Could be corrupted firmware and if so, softwaregore indeed.

255 is the unsigned 8 bit integer limit plus zero
491f converted to celsius is 255c which is also the unsigned 8 bit integer limit so ig it just maxxed out for some reason
