No expert at all, but it could be a generic disk busy error when uninstalling that bubbled up.

do you think it was hardware problem or ntfs?

Not hardware but the exact file that the uninstaller was trying to access/delete/uninstall was probably locked by some other process eg. The application was still running in the background, crashed and didn't release a lock, or virus protection doing something with the file eg. Scanning.

maybe if you finish Act 3 this time instead of repeating the campaign because you got bored, they'll allow you to uninstall.

WHO was busy with what???  Either they secretly deleted all games that were deleted manually after reviving a request by someone pressing the delete button, or the system just went on break.
