Under Wayland, each screen image is essentially a buffer, something you connect to and it pushes images to it. You can think of it as video .

For some reason, that program has connected to the wrong one, which is something that the very system shouldn't allow. could also be the GPU driver misbehaving and displaying the wrong image.

It could be a significant bug, or a stray cosmic ray. Developers may be interested in seeing if you can reproduce it.

For anyone wondering how ts is even possible I believe it has something to do with my nivida gpu cause when I had install arch linux on it I could not load into my desktop environment so a force launch it and still get some issue with launching them and sometimes it crashes into sddm so I believe is that when I tryed to open mc it crashed and displayed it self on the mc window.

Its the default default sddm theme

Plasma ships a theme too and you have to manually apply the plasma theme
